You are 100% right they should take more drastic measures if Hamilton was to blame. Of course Mclaren management knows who is it to blame and they have already taken care of it.
Hamilton is not the team player that you make him out to be. And once again your posts are attempts to absolve Hamilton of all blame. If I was in charge of McLaren, I'd definitely consider it. I'd certainly sit him on the sidelines for a race or two and let de la Rosa take his place.
