Adrian Sutil has been reprimanded by the Singapore Grand Prix Stewards after his avoidable accident with Nick Heidfeld during today’s race.
The two Germans collided when Sutil, trying to pass the Toro Rosso of Jaime Alguersuari, spun and tried to rejoin the race without noticing Heidfeld’s approaching BMW.
Both drivers were eventually forced to retire.
Sutil was fined $20,000 by the Stewards.
