Michael Schumacher flew to Budapest on Saturday to visit his former teammate Felipe Massa who is making a rapid recovery following his horrific accident at the Hungaroring.
Schumacher will substitute for the injured Massa at the European Grand Prix at Valencia later this month and he has already tested Ferrari’s F2007 car in preparation.
The visit was a short one and followed an earlier visit by former Ferrari team principal Jean Todt.
Massa is expected to fly home to Brazil on Monday to be with friends and family and continue his recovery.
