Winkelhock to keep test seat at Spyker

Marcus Winkelhock has told racing1.de that he will be keeping his testing seat at Spyker in 2007 despite the doubts raised about the role of Friday drivers. “I have been promised that I can stay as a test driver,” he explained. “I think Spyker will take a step forward in 2007. They have Ferrari engines and Mike Gascoyne and the whole crew is highly motivated.”
