Mark Webber ended top of the timesheets this morning in the second practice session, following his dominant FP1 performance.
But this time the field were closer, with Jenson Button pushing Webber hard and setting the second quickest time, a mere 0.005 seconds off the Australian.
Lewis Hamilton was a tenth slower than his team mate, slotting into third, and Sebastian Vettel showed that his FP1 effort had been an anomaly by putting in the fourth fastest time.
Michael Schumacher will be happy with his day’s work as he ended up fifth.
