Rumours are flying that Sebastien Vettel could soon be involved in a tug-of-war between rival Formula 1 teams.
The 19 year old is currently a test driver for BMW-Sauber with many believing he has a bright future with the team. However, he wears Red Bull colours on his helmet as he is still legally tied to them.
Whilst off-track, he is known for having a good relationship with BMW boss Mario Theissen, however Dietrich Mateschitz has stated that Vettel will most likely be in a Red Bull or Toro Rosso car for the 2009 season.
“We have parked him for four years with BMW,” Mateschitz stated. “We say he is our driver, BMW say he is theirs. There are contracts and if we do the right things, he will be with us in 2009.”
