Michael Schumacher has reportedly turned down a plea of local football team’s ‘FC Echichens’ coach, Patrick Ferrari. The club are languishing at the bottom ot the Swiss league and were hoping Schumacher could be drafted in to help change their fortunes.
However, Schumacher did not appear on the pitch during the final match of the season over the weekend. The German newspaper ‘Bild’ has also reported that he will not attend the club’s training sessions in the near future either. The newspaper explained “Schumacher’s physician Dr. Johannes Peil advised him to take a break,”
