Felipe Massa remains in hospital this morning, but in a stable condition, Ferrari has said.
In a short message on the team’s website, Ferrari expressed that there had been no overnight complications in the hours after the Brazilian’s operation and that the driver will undergo a CT scan later this afternoon.
It is hoped that such a scan will provide more precise information regarding the full extent of Massa’s injuries.
