Emerson Fittipaldi will join the stewards’ panel for this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix as part of the FIA’s ongoing ex-driver involvement programme.
The 1972 and 1974 world champion, also a CART champion, will join Lars Osterlind, Enzo Spano and Roger Peart on the panel.
Fittipaldi will provide driver expertise in the event of a controversial incident, as Johnny Herbert, Damon Hill, Alain Prost and Alex Wurz have also done so far this season.
