Ferrari will launch their new 2010 car via the internet, it has been revealed. The Scuderia will unveil their car tomorrow at 10.30am Italian time on their website www.ferrari.com, and a subsequent press conference with questions for the drivers will also be broadcast.
The new car’s livery is no secret after Fernando Alonso took a 2009 car out with new colours last week. It is expected to feature heavily the backing of Spanish bank Santander, who have agreed a long-term sponsorship deal with the Italian marque.
The car will have its first run at Valencia on February 1.
McLaren will also broadcast their launch over the net, as in the new spirit of austerity extravagant launches at glamorous locations are foregone.
