There was a car which sold off sponsorship spaces as signatures or small areas that individuals could buy. Has anyone any ideas of which this was?

Further, and more obscure, a driver auctioned off body parts, or rather allowed you to sponsor various parts of him. Does anyone know this chap or was this in a fevered dream?
