TECHNOLOGY... you're an F1 fan, so you should know to reap it's benefits. I've worked on solutions for a major world wide shipper, where they have a special shipping program for high value items such as cash, precious stones, and even live organs for transplants and they have a built in wireless modem that does a-GPS and Location Based queries when GPS is unavailable such as when it's inside a container or deep inside a vehicle or building. The sensors also know when the device has moved and when it's idle and will transmit any other pertinent data as designed in the solution such as tampering, temperature variances etc. So I'm sure you could get a deliver text that's extremely accurate.
