Webber probably had to change his after Valencia. Barrichello, maybe had a 'lucky' pair that he's used throughout his F1 career.

To use my phone in the car I deleted all my German contacts, it's now Hans free.

According to his autobio, yeah, up until a certain point anyway. That's why i've guessed at him.
