I personally think that with Liuzzi and especially with Alonso he wasn't at fault.
I mean he was in the pit-lane and Alonso was released in his path. What did he do?

With Liuzzi, Vettel was 100% at fault, it is completely cut and dried - he overtook but then tried to move back onto the racing line before he was completely past him, not a thing Liuzzi could do about it unless he can vanish into thin air...

That said, I don't think he should be penalised for it as it's just a slight misjudgement as opposed to the Button incident which was a major and completely unnecessary one.

I also agree that the pit lane incident was Ferrari's fault (not Alonso, as he'll go when he's had indicated by his pit crew that he's safe to go!).

Yes, of course, it is Ferrari's fault and not Alonso's.

The Button thing is very similar to when Kimi smashed into Sutil in Monaco, and no penalty was givin for that as far as i can remember.

Difference being there are ex F1 drivers as stewards now.

The only difference seems to be decisions take a lot longer to be taken; and the cameras have a famous person to focus on and put the decision's pressure to.........

In any case, i dont see what the difference would have been. Vettel started a passing move and lost control. Racing incident, but with a passing move involved. VERY likely to get penalised.

Kimi simply rammed Sutil off... without trying or attempting a move. He was comepletely out of control the whole time. Unlikely to get penalised.

More or less like Barrichelo's today (although Barrichello was a bit guiltier cause he was in a compromising line).

No matter how much people try to sugar-coat it...

Sebastian Vettel is not ready to be an F1 champion

All of these guys have great talent and Vettel proves that he can be fast time in and time out

Why did he run into his teammate and ruin Red Bull's chance of a 1-2 in Turkey? Is he mature enough? Can Seb be composed when everything is on the line? When is SV going to grow up? This stuff is getting very old quickly... I wish him nothing but the best and so does his fans...what about Vettel himself? He's got all the talent an F1 driver could dream of.

Too many questions to be answered in such little time. Hopefully, this 2010 season will be a lesson learned for him. Honestly, if SV was as good as his fans believe he definitely would be leading the drivers 'chip. (especially in that car)

Hopefully he didn't get caught up in his own hype...but so what if he did Like Juan Pablo Montoya said, "Sh!t happens." I know he will be kicking himself when this season is over...I'm not writing him off...but ITS OVER...There is no way Mark is letting this thing slip now

2011 waits Seb maybe you will get back to basics and take it one race at a time, and LISTEN to your team whatever you do...Don't keep making the same mistakes

I think that is quite simple to answer to

1) Hamilton was pressing him really hard in 3rd, and Vettel managed to stay ahead only because he could do Turn 8 flat out. If he got that turn wrong once, Hamilton would have gone through
2) Drivers want *only* to win. A second place is only being the first of the losers.

To me they were all racing incidents: Kimi's, Vettel's and Ruben's.

Yes. Except that Vettel messed with a WDC contender. Which is very unfair on Vettel IMO, because as far as racing is concerned, all cars are equal.

Vettel couldn't have done that on purpose (he's not crazy) it was clear to see, he made a mistake and paid for it.
