Apart from the start and back-markers, have either Webber or Vettel overtaken anyone this year? The Red Bull is untouchable in qualifying and romps away in clear air but I can't recall any significant Red Bull overtaking manoeuvre during a race which doesn't end in tears. Someone will correct me, I'm sure, but I'm starting to think that the design features which make the Bulls so quick actually hamper overtaking.

Watched highlights of Britain's GP and Vettel did a lot of overtaking, he also had a big battle with Lewis in China, when it was raining. It was pretty close for most of the time as they passed a lot of cars together but in the end Lewis won this battle after safety car went back to pits.

They have when they have needed to at times and we have seen that at China and Silverstone for example. There's no one to overtake when you qualify at the front!

But he was coming from the back then after stopping for a puncture. And only then could he do it after a safety car bunched them up. And to where? ...8th???

It's the same for all the drivers though, once they get up to similarly quick cars overtaking becomes a lot harder. In the dry anyway. Malaysia was a pretty good example of that happening.

Overtaking at the moment is a big problem, doesnt make for good racing!
