To do the Provisional thing i cant remember what its called. Is worth the money to attend and pass on the day. To go up above 125cc you need to do lessons which is harder.

Indeed, they are alot of fun if its for a sunday ride in the sun. He drove it as a means to travel like most use cars. Chances are much higher then because when you drive for the enjoyment you tend to stear clear of busy roads etc and quieter slightly safer ones. Well i would anyway :)

I have a car for the daily grind, it was just for fun.... I would of thought that the "for fun" was more dangerous.

He was on his way to work driving down a dual carriageway and drove past a lorry and was sucked underneath. So i wont venture onto motorways etc on a bike that is.

I know how scary lorry wheels are when I drive my 2 seater and they are whizzing around at head height!

Riding on the dirt is a million times better than on the road. As for the original question, I ride a TM EN 450, 2009 model. :D

Just for fun mate, not into riding on the road at all. Even though there's some really nice roadbikes out there - I almost fell in love with a MV Agusta F4 Tamburini a few years ago, but I'd lose my licence (or my life) with something like that, so I just stick to trailriding.

I don't personally ride, but my dad has a (1975 maybe?) Norton Commando 850. He's restoring it.
I think if I got a motorcycle, my dad would have another heart attack, but I love Kawasaki and Suzuki bikes.

OOOh Liking to norton, I am hoping I can hold out until the winter so that I can see how impractical it is to have a bike... Plus a Mk1 MR2 seems to be attracting me at the moment.

Nice. When my dad is finished restoring his, I can put pictures up.
