Can't do anything??? He confessed to killing the girl in Peru and can be charged with extortion here in the US.

YES! I JUST GOT A SUDDEN BURST OF HAPPINESS. But I don't want him dead. I want him to live through all of it. I want that sicko to live through all the years in prison so that he wishes he was never alive. And capital punishment is out of the question. He needs to live through every single day in prison, and die in prison at an old age, all alone, in his little cell. If someone in prison kills him, hopefully they will kill him slowly and painfully.
I'm very sorry, I jut do not tolerate disgusting people. I believe that someone who commits a crime like this should pay the ultimate punishment, whether it sounds inhumane or not, I really don't care.
