Do the homologation rules prevent other teams from pursuing changes under engine cover and redesign exhaust to duct downward into air stream of rear diffuser. What is your opinion on the exhaust charged rear diffuser and is it responsible for the so called "chassis advantage" of RedBull, a description by Christian Horner.
