Do the homologation rules prevent other teams from pursuing changes under engine cover and redesign exhaust to duct downward into air stream of rear diffuser. What is your opinion on the exhaust charged rear diffuser and is it responsible for the so called "chassis advantage" of RedBull, a description by Christian Horner. Another topic to throw into this equation, RedBull running a functional F-duct.

I think Ferrari have an upgrade for their exhaust and rear diffuser coming for Valencia. I think it will be much the same system where the air flow over the exhaust will complement the downforce generated by the rear diffuser.

Yeah other teams can change exhaust housings and the bodywork as far as I know.
