I debated whether this was the right section for this post but i think it is because its about all this years F1 drivers.
Overdrive. Its a book. Its been advertised in autosport and ive heard(Coulthard I think) mention it during GP commentary. Its amazing. Its about getting into..or beyond the zone. The zone senna spoke of in the quali lap at monaco when he lapped 2seconds ahead of anyone else including his team mate.he said he could see himself looking down on his car being driven. Alain menu watched it. Had he just heard Senna's account he would have dismissed it but he saw the car. he said " Ayrton was visibily braking eight meters later than anybody else but it wa his car that was amazing. All the other cars were a bit unbalanced and you could hear them banging about under braking. For him nothing. As he braked the whole car just shook. You could hear nothing except for a noise that sounded like phphphphphph. It gives me goose bumps to talk about it"
Loads more brill quotes I definately recommend the book. All current drivers are in and the book investigates what this 'zone' is and how its achieved. The book is apparantly written by a driver and from reading it he sounds a Brit.It took 10 years to write and is under a psuedonym- Clyde Brolyn.
Do you think its an anagram? Coulthard was laughing when talking about the author. Any ideas? .

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.
