Has anyone played F1 2009 on the Wii system?
Is it any good?
How is the career mode. do drivers and race track change each season or is it the same each season.
And how long is the career mode.
I can't wait for F1 2010 game for PS3. I hope it will be an excellent game and possible game of the year.

I do not have a PS or Wii system/console and I am not a hardcore gamer.

The PSP version of the game only averaged 70.7%, which is okay but not overly impressive, and the Wii version faired a bit worse at 68.2%. I don't personally know anybody that's played the game, so I'd just recommend reading some of the reviews and seeing what they say about the game.

Here's the GameSpot review:
http://www.gamespot.com/wii/driving/f12009/review.html

"If you're looking for an arcade-style racer with a Formula 1 badge, then F1 2009 may fit the bill and is likely to keep you busy for quite some time. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a game that captures the essence and challenge of the pinnacle of motorsport, you're going to be disappointed."

As for drivers and tracks changing for each season, I'd expect that they wouldn't since the game is based specifically on the 2009 season, but I can't say for sure.

Even if it turns out to be one of the best racing games ever, it still won't be GotY. Racing games just don't win GotY, no matter how great they are.
