Piquet is running 5th, Danica is 15th out of field of 43. we will see if either of them crash..

Yeah they both make it out of the accident. It took out about 10 cars out of the 43. Danica moves up to 13 Piquet is still 5th. The announcers are talking about him saying "I bet Piquet is wondering what he was thinking by getting into one of these cars." The crash took out another lady, Milka Duno, who normally drive IRL. Everyone is dipping their toe in the nascar water.

I'm actually semi-impressed by Piquet so far. His qualifying was pretty good, too. Thanks for keeping us informed

Hope Nelson does well. I still think he got a raw deal in F1. Hope he's happier in NASCAR

Tis not Nascar. As the thread title says this ARCA. Same thing Scott Speed did before joining Nascar I believe.

Danica is only tipping her toes in stock cars anyway. She's still doing a full season of Indy this year.

They just go back to restart as the last restart caused another accident. took out two cars. Im pretty impressed with PQ. Danica is up to 10th after the last restart.... Holy... another accident. Jill George flipped upside down!! Third caution. DP and NP are still ok... Jill George is fine, but the car flipped OVER and is a pile of rubble. She is lucky to walk away from that one..

ARCA is a feeder series to Nascar. Scott Speed went after F1, Montoya started there. Its easy money for F1 drivers.

Red Flag.. Cars are parked.

Lot of crashing and a little racing.. :hehe:

No not normal at all. You may get one or two at the beginning, but drivers settle down after that and have some long runs. Daytona always have the big one because its so fast and the cars run really close to each other. Its more exciting then people make it out to be..

They fixed the catch fence and retaining wall and are about to go back to racing..
