The 2010 launch season kicks off later today when Mercedes Grand Prix unveil their new livery and drivers.
Having purchased a majority stake in last year's Championship-winning Brawn GP team, Mercedes are making their return to Formula One as a full constructor ahead of this year's Championship.
The Silver Arrows last raced in Formula One as a constructor in 1955, when it won the World Championship with Juan Manuel Fangio.
Rebranded as 'Mercedes GP', the team will display their new livery to the world in Stuttgart later today, at the same time presenting Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg.
The all-German line-up has been one of the hot topics of the off-season as many wait with baited breath to see how seven-time World Champion Schumacher, now 41, fares against the likes of Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso, the man who beat him to the World titles in 2005 and 2006.
The team is also expected to announce that they've signed Nick Heidfeld as their official reserve and test driver.
