Now that wouldn't surprise me at the least, Toro Rosso's management are the type of idiots who would probably think Ralf would be good for them. I can picture Ralf's speech now should he join them...

"I don't see why I can't do what Vettel did, I will take Toro Rosso to the top."

*a few months later at the end of Q1 in Bahrain*

"And Ralf Schumacher has been knocked out in Q1 and will start tomorrow's Bahrain Grand Prix from 26th and dead last on the grid!"

Then Toro Rosso will sack Ralf by text immediately and bring in a Red Bull backed driver who's still only doing karting and has never driven a single seater.

Indeed. Of the drivers currently available, Ralf would be on the upper-half of my list.
