From Pitpass:
accusations of bias in the FIA have been thick in the air since it handed a lifetime ban to Flavio Briatore. The accusations are nothing new and similar sentiments have been widely reported many times before.
However, no one has ever attacked the FIA in an independent court with such strong allegations.
Come January, 5th, and we'll see if this could develop in something bigger and change the shape of FIA and F1..

I'd love to see 'em race twice in tracks like Spa. Second time there could be in reverse for all I care. Bring in Watkins Glen, Kyalami, Imola, keep Silverstone... and reduce those start-stop boring tracks! Asking too much, yeah.
