I've bought myself a smoothy machine, well food processor, but wondered if any of you lot had any recipes for me to try. So far my cranberry, chilli, carrot and banana smoothy went very very wrong.

Talking of smoothies, do try and stick to fairly 'normal' stuff. I let me OH loose in the kitchen today. Bad move. He decided he wanted a smoothie for lunch. Maybe you'd like to try his recipe:
1 small banana
1 actimel drink (probitic drink)
1 slosh of cranberry juice
1 small apple
and to top it all off....a tin of mushy peas.

The resulting smoothie was a disgruntling sort of grey colour and it smelt vile. And yes, I was "lucky" enough to try it. Bleugh.
