Virgin to Manor as well.. I guess Branson really had the bug..

I'm glad he will sponsor USF1, if it reach's fruition, but I think it is a stupid move to drop BGP as they are proven winner's and who does not want to be associated with a race winning team??

I think Branson is a bit of a cheap skate. Without the budget cap he isn't willing to pay.

However as a whole I'm glad that Virgin will remain in F1.

What if Branson wanted more say in the running of Brawn? Ross said no, so Beardy Branson went off to place his influence on another team?

I believe your both right. I was hoping that Branson was a true F1 fan yet it seem's he is just using F1 as a marketing tool. Rob Walker must be turning in his grave .

Good point but Branson's area of expertise is in marketing not how to run a race team and all that it implies.

Yeah Ewan, I read that Branson wanted to eventually buy Brawn out and rename the team Virgin. But Ross wanted to keep ownership and the team name so Branson is looking to Manor to buy them out.

The conduct of Richard in episode involving Jenson's girlfriend doomed his sponsorship with Brawn. Richard may be a tight-wad with his money but, i have a feeling Ross Brawn was the one doing the dropping.

AND! James Allen is now interviewing the drivers according to that story. I knew that the new interviewer sounded like James Allen, I just didn't think it actually was JA.

Anyways, seeing the youtube logo in F1. Could this be good news for watching F1 vids on youtube. Considering youtube videos are pretty much outlawed on youtube.
