Is anyone else privy to this form of conditioning? Over the last 3-4 months I have lost 15+lb's and dropped down from a 'loose' 38 waist to a 34 mainly due to watching my food intake/portion size and have been doing isometric's along with weights. It is really crazy how ones body remembers things from the past
