Is anyone else privy to this form of conditioning? Over the last 3-4 months I have lost 15+lb's and dropped down from a 'loose' 38 waist to a 34 mainly due to watching my food intake/portion size and have been doing isometric's along with weights. It is really crazy how ones body remembers things from the past  .

Interval training for me, works a treat on fitness. Also good for weight loss as it speeds your metabolism. Bloody hard work though!

Yes but very rewarding right :) ? The two main reason's I have accomplished this goal is because of a certain lady and I will FINALLY be starting the law enforcement academy at the University of Houston in Sept. I keep buying myself new cloth's as a reward and because I love to shop and the old cloth's are falling off me :D .

I been loosing weight, I pleased at the moment but want to loose a little more, I have 23" waist at the moment. I workout at the gym a lot, really enjoy it esp when you see good results.

So, not the drawings, then? :hehe:

I dunno what this is, but I have lost a little weight recently. I need to buy new jeans now! >.<

Of course, that problem mostly stems from the fact that I buy loose-fitting clothes anyway, so I haven't lost as much as you might think. Still positive, though. Now to work on the rest :)

How does that work?

I remember doing intervals for track. They made us do eight 200 meter sprints, or four 400 meter sprints, or a 5,4,3,2,1 (500, 400,300 etc.). I remember I used to throw up if I had too much for lunch. :hehe: It really gets you into shape tho.
