First of all, you have to be aware that FIA isn't just about F1, WRC and similar sports are also under FIA's hat. So, all of them will definitely want to decide about the new president of FIA. It's not fair to talk just about people linked with F1.

It's not an easy choice, not at all. But, I'm sure that it's hard to chose someone who'll be worse than Max.

Only one who looks realistic out of the previous names mentioned is Jean Todt.

Yeah, but according to pitpass he is Mosley's man and there's is fright that Todt as president of the FIA wouldn't be much different than Mosley. But, he went out of Ferrari just because of his ambition to become president of the FIA. So, it's very likely, Todt is next president.

I've said it before, it needs to be someone not from F1, or who hasn't been part of either the WMSC or the Senate before. Also someone who has no previous with F1.

Either me, or someone from Rallying or Sportscars?

Yes, I agree with that. That would be the best, but are not likely. It'd be the best if Obama became the president of the FIA. He doesn't have any links with the sport and he's very popular.

Think someone unknown would be the best for the job. Someone on here, who already has authority.:wink:
