Does anyone know who the man who always hands out watches and caps at the end of the races is. If you look wherever they are in the world its always the same person. Does he have a job description? What's his day job?

no not budget caps,just caps made to a budget.the more powerful teams get expensive one's lesser teams get one's made in someones back yard. burt.
