A good read in the Sunday Times on Jenson's excellent current driving, the pressures on Lewis and the state of play between the teams and the FIA.

Good article. I like M.B, just wish they would get Murray back out of the retirement home and pair him up with Martin

Be cool to have Murray back, even if only for a few races.

I agree with martin in his article about Jens' quali being impressive as it is not a track that suits his style. For me this is his best drive so far. Until now he's done well in the best car but yesterday he did well on track not suited to his style-ok it was a track that suited his car but still, well done.

On Lewis, Martin says at 24 he could not have withstood the pressure lewis is under. Thats from a guy who's been there and knows what he's talking about.

On the FIA, he makes LOADS of good points. Why cant the FIA have common sense like him???

I can understand why the BBC doesn't get Murray back. It will do Legard's confidence no good at all. For all his flaws I find James Allen's commentary better than Legard's.

The FIA could be a common sense organisation but they are led by a man who is a slick political operator and knows how to manipulate situations to his benefit. I support Max's idea for cost capping. What I don't like is how he intends to impose this on everyone by threatening lawsuits and plucking a $40 million figure out of the air without consulting anybody.

I cannot work him out. What motivates this man to do the things he does??? :irked:

I think he's an egotistical power junkie and thats soley where his motivation comes from.

"FIA" and "common sense" are words that don't mix unless you add a sprinkling of "lack of".

Murray won't come back, he's retired. The BBC would love to have him do it.
