“Can I put something in your mind,” Ecclestone starts innocently. “Ross Brawn is the guy that runs the teams’ technical committee and probably knows what’s going to happen before other people, or is in a position to guide things. There’s a massive conflict of interest.”

A tad obvious perhaps Bernie, well, to those with eyes anayway.

The next bit really says way more than perhaps Bernie really wanted to let out of the bag:-

"But surely Brawn is a man of total integrity who would never take advantage? “What, working for Ferrari?” replies Ecclestone"

Let's just read that last bit again shall we? - “What, working for Ferrari?”

So, Bernie has just admitted what many of us have been thinking for years, not only is Ross Brawn untrustworthy but so are Ferrari.

& yes I am aware that not only have Ferrari incurred Berine's ire recently by being ungrateful about the extra money he slipped them & that Ross Brawn may have stopped Bernie buying into Honda but all the same, it's pretty strong stuff.

You know what makes my skin crawl about Bernie? He has praise one day and then a put down the next. He's completely unpredictable, a loose cannon liar and a complete snake in the grass.

These comments about Brawn and Ferrari are carefully engineered attempts to drive a wedge into FOTA. Bernie thinks he's cunning, but after this long his plays are completely transparent.

Bernie on Crack.

Honestly, the guys getting more and more unbearable. The only way we're going to see an end to this is to see his stoney demise. He's now 78, almost 80 years old. It's time the man retired. He's ruled F1 for long enough, and his ideals are starting to get carried away.

What, people have been thinking Brawn is untrustworthy? I'd trust him a hell of a lot more than I would most others in the sport.

Almost nobody thinks that. It is Mr Ecclestone, the FiA and its President Mosley who are untrustworthy. Mr E is simply trying to cause trouble.

Agreed. Bernie makes an ambiguous statement. If he wanted anyone to believe what he says means much, he should come out and say it clearly.

I am really going off Bernie after joining this forum and discovering what allegedly goes on behind the scenes in F1,

Kind of reminds me of this guy a dictator with underhand tactics and still thinks everyone loves him!!

Yes, he and Max are out for their own ends. A wide boy and a perverted Nazzi. One money mad, one power mad and neither too bothered about what they do to F1 along the way.

Seriously as I have said on other topics, I get more and more fed up with Bernie everyday even more than Maximillian at the moment.
