Pretty much everyone expects the regular teams to be on top again. The main prediction though is that mid field will be very tight. Who if any of the remaining cars can challenge this year.

BMW have been 3rd the last 2 years running can they mix it in again this year

Will Renault see a return to form after 2 dissappointing seasons. They picked up a lot at the end of last year and have had the engine restrictions tweeked so they shouldn't have that excuse to run to anymore either.

Toyota, as far as I am aware, always have a big budget this year being no exception. Can it finally bear fruit.

The Red Bull/Toro Rosso car looks really good this year. Can't wait to see if Vettel can put him self on the podium a couple of times.

What a looker is all i can say about Williams' challenger but is it fast?

I really don't think the under dogs of Force India or the as yet unamed Honda Team but it would be really exiting to be proved wrong :)

Some are speculating McLaren might have slipped. The sense I'm getting off of others is

Ferrari
(These three duking it out around here)
Red Bull
Toyota
BMW
Renault and McLaren either with those 3 or just behind
Williams
Force India
Brawn Racing could be anywhere, Toro Rosso likewise
- I suspect around the Fi's out of the box, but maybe a bit further up later

Myself, I'd say it's more

Ferrari
McLaren/Red Bull
Toyota/BMW/Renault
Williams
Force India

But to be honest, it's impossible to say. We have no way of knowing why the cars are doing the times they're doing.

McLaren might have had testing trouble recently but they got KERS on their side at least so i think although they may have fallen behind Ferrari i don't quite think they'er mid field

Can't wait myself either, I've been watching replays of long ago GP's 80's and 90's just to take the edge off :D

Both Red Bull and Renault will do well this year. In fact, it won't be a matter who will be the best of the rest. I have a hunch that one of the titles this year won't be a McLaren or Ferrari. Keep your eye on Alonso. Especially after testing.

And I don't hate him so much this season. It's good to see what he's doing at Renault. Even though he still thinks the whole world revolves around him. :D

Could Alonso have his 3rd title this year? I'm putting my mortgage on it. :P

Testing means nothing and I assumed you realized that by now?

Your personal growth is outstanding now lets see how long it last.

A fool and his money are soon parted , why not just cash out and go to Vegas?

Hey, last season was the first season I actually followed. How am I s'posed to know that testing doesn't matter?

But, judging by the last few results of last season, and then the results this testing season, I think you'd find that the Renault engines will be better than the Mercedes. I can't judge Ferrari enough on it. But Ferrari will always be competitive.

So, who's missing, BMW and Toyota engines. I can't see Williams in the mix. Whereas Toyota were a bit more competitive.

I've decided the best conclusion is to rate teams on their first and second drivers. And my impression of the car.

Ferrari. Car: 5 First Driver 5 Second Driver 5 Total: 15
Mercedes. Car: 4 First Driver 5 Second Driver 3 Total: 12
Renault. Car: 5 First Driver 5 Second Driver 1 Total: 11
Red Bull. Car: 4 First Driver 3 Second Driver 4 Total: 11
BMW. Car: 4 First Driver 3 Second Driver 3 Total: 10
Toyota. Car: 4 First Driver 3 Second Driver 3 Total: 10
Williams. Car: 3 First Driver 4 Second Driver 3 Total: 10
F- India Car: 3 First Driver 3 Second Driver 2 Total: 8
Brawn. Car: 2 First Driver 3 Second Driver 3 Total: 8
STR. Car: 3 First Driver 2 Second Driver 1 Total: 6

FYI s'posed is actually spelled 'supposed'. Ok now back to testing lets use a simple equation that will determine it's importance so bare with me, testing times mean SQUAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I'm s'posed to write "supposed." But I'm now in the habit of saying "s'posed."

So here I am at work, sending official emails and stuff. And I keep using words like, "s'posed" and "gonna" and "watcha" and "thingy." Hey, at least I put in the apostrophe. :D

And in that context, it's supposed to be "its" and not "it's" (Which means "it is"), but who's counting
