The latest state of play.
Mclaren- Looking good but no debut date set.

Ferrari- Good progress but cannot commit for Australia

Renault- Good progress last month and likely to run in Australia.

Toyota- Been track testing the system but wont run it till later in the season
Toro Rosso- will use Ferrari's

Red Bull-Has set aside in-house development and are awaiting the outcome of Renault's initial running before activating an identical system.

Williams- Is developing a fly-wheel based KERS but reckons it will be very difficult to have it ready in the early part of the season.

Force India- will use McLaren's

Hmmm just as long as the FW31 is quick enough without having to rely heavily on the use of a KERS device to stay competitive I'll be happy. But out of all the other devices it is probably the cheapest at the development cost of £2million (even though Flavio thinks it's ridiculous, what does he know about KERS devices though?).
