I have loads of modern era races on tape need to get them converted but do not have the time to do that or even watch them, at the moment.

I just dun work :D
So yup, I'll up at 4:30am as usual, drinking pure caffine just to keep me awake. I don't know why, but theres something I love about the early morning races like China, Japan and Australia. Lying on the couch, still dark outside, its all quite and just relaxing. Good times.

Heres to hoping this years opening race is as good as last years.

If I remember correctly, Australia, Malaysia, China and Japan will start no earlier than 6am UTC.

Also, for anybody who is worried about missing the live race, I was over on BBC Sport's 606 a couple of weeks ago and apparently the race will be broadcast again every two hours after the live feed on BBC's Red Button Service. Other features, apparently, include multiple camera feeds available over RBS - track/onboard camera mix (as ITV did it), onboard only, telemetry and there was another but I don't remember it. DC and EJ, maybe?

Of course, none of that is confirmed, as far as I know, but it would be nice.
