When I got my racing licence last year, it cost about £300 to do it at Croft Cicuit. It is quite simple to pass, much easier than doing a normal driving test. The written (multiple choice) exam is dead easy too if you know the flags and some of the choices are blatantly too easy. But once you've passed there's some paperwork to be done before you can send off for the licence. You need to make sure you've had a medical, fill out the licence application form and then send it off.

One of my ambitions in life is to get a racing license and start racing. If i carry on saving my wages I should have the money in about 15 years!!
