So have we all seen the good news that as of next year all stewards decisions from each race will have to be made in writing with a full explanation, and each explanation will be published on the official F1 website after the race. This requirement should hopefully lead to stewards thinking carefully before handing out punishments that seem strange, and should hopefully help with the consistency side of things, as their decisions will now be able to be fully scrutinised in the public eye!
Also, stewards will have to observe races in person before being allowed to act in any decision making capacity at future races.
What do you think of these new rules? A positive step or not?
