What do you think was the coolest moment of season 08? This can be anything and anywhere......

I think the one moment that I still remember like yesterday was the Canadien GP when LH hit KR in the pits. There you could clearly see why KR is called the Iceman. He got out of his car, pointed out the red light for LH and just walked away like nothing happened. I can´t think of any other racer that would have taken that situation so easily........

Really a fun moment in F1.....what´s yours?

Coolest think for me this year, without a doubt, was Vettel's performance at Monza. I used to love Minardi so having the boys from Faenza win a race, albeit with a different team name, was good enough in itself, but what really got me excited throughout the race was that it was a win taken completely on merit. Nothing handed to them, no special circumstances that threw a bit of luck their way - Vettel and Torro Rosso just did the best job of anyone and had genuinely the fastest package for as long as the rain fell.

I agree, It was refreshing to see a team that used be a backmarker, come up and dominate a race. Shame about Bourdais bad luck as it could of been a 1-2

Yeah, and if you look at the actual lap-times, it may not have been Vettel in P1...

The final laps of the season. A championship decided on the last corner of the last race, after 18 rounds. It was a brilliant advert for F1 and one of the most dramatic finishes to a sporting event as I've ever seen in my life time.

True, but I can't say I had much chance to really enjoy it considering I was on the brink of having a heart attack!

Its a shame really. Bourdais has had some rotten luck this year. He has a lot to offer F1 and has had a strong rookie year so I hope STR keep him on.
