Ok I know it has only been a week since the Japanese GP but I think the race weekend and the forum has duck up my sleeping pattern.
Do you know my average bed time now - 3am, thats cause Im always on here or something has come up.

I went to bed at 5am this morning and got up at 2.30pm... I need to sort out my sleeping pattern - thank god I had no classes today.

Anyone else not sleep much/sleep at stupid hours.

My sleeping pattern has been messed up due to a combination of last week's events, uncomfy pillows which I have now replaced and getting up for the race, going back to sleep afterwards and then getting up at 1pm.

Fortunately my patterns seem to be returning to normal thanks to my new pillows and Nytol tablets. A good lie in tomorrow will help too.

I tend to go to bed at 11pm, though actually fall asleep around 12:30am. Then I'm up at 6am for work. It's not 'enough', but it gets me through the day. I know that the problem lies with my mattress, pillows and the amount of light pouring in to my room, though. Whenever I stop over at my dad's for a visit, I can't lie on my bed until I'm ready to go to sleep or else I'm doomed. I distinctly remember 6:30pm being a favourite for a quick 'rest'. :P

I remember moving my new flat in January and the bed in it was like a concrete slab. It took some getting used to. :hehe:

I usually go bed about Midnight and I am up for about 6:45

I dont do lie ins

But I wake up a lot during the night

I can't do lie-ins either, otherwise I just feel poo afterwards. Waking up during the night is also a common occurrance for me, because I'm a very light sleeper and there are lots of noises that can wake me up quite easily.

Ditto, and I live downstairs in my house, I hear everything
I dont see the point in lie-ins, waste of a day, there is so much I could be doing, I get up about 7ish, or before and the day begins!
