Hello folks, I've been away for a few weeks and now have tons to catch up on, so don't have much time at the moment. Sorry if I am repeating anything anyone else has said already.
I get really cheesed off by 'celebrities' (attention seeking talentless morons many of them) on the grid just before a race, most of them know little about F1 and are only there because they are famous. What is worse is that Martin Brundle seems compelled to interview some of these lame brains during his pit walk, when he could be interviewing proper people. I suspect that he is told to interview the plebs because of their glamour/ celebrity value. Bollocks is what I say. Anyway, did you see Martin get hijacked at Singapore by some crass American woman who was from a Renault sponsor (ING?), anyway, she grabbed Martin and forced a discussion with him and asked him what he thought of "our logo in the dark?" I assumed that she was talking about the sponsors logo rather than the Renault one.
Martin was his usual brilliant self and he broke away from the stupid cow and called out over his shoulder "it looks the same as it does during the day" - Excellent but morons like this should not be on the track or in the pits should they? I think that the drivers must find this the hardest part of the job - entertaining such people and keep a smile on their face.

Strive to be fast, strive to be first but, above all, strive to be alive.
