it would seem a lot of formula one seasons are available to download on the net

ive been following f1 closely since 99 and until recently with super fast net speeds and high speed hosting sites its now possible for people to put up races and whole seasons of F1 and I and im sure a few others would like to watch some old races while we wait for the new ones.

Im pretty sure its legal to download and watch old formula one races as they were never released for market at cost, if this violates anything here i apologise

so maybe a few more educated posters could mention a couple of exciting races we may have missed out on. Maybe you could help us skip those boring uneventful races and pick out the gold :)

There are a lot of good races. If you want to see how good Ayrton Senna was in the wet, I recommend the following: 1984 Monaco Grand Prix; 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix; 1985 Belgian Grand Prix; 1988 British Grand Prix; 1993 European Grand Prix. The 1988 Japanese Grand Prix is also great, for he comes back from stalling on the grid and dropping to 16th place to win the race and his first championship.

Of course, there are other good races as well. The 1996 Spanish and Monaco Grands Prix are very entertaining. The 1998 Belgian Grand Prix is also very entertaining, particularly after the cars exit La Source for the first time. :hehe:

I quite enjoyed watching Buttons 1st win again and Zanardis storm through the field again but if you really want to watch old races get the official f1 formula 1 reviews ive got all the reviews between 94-06 it shows ya all the old memories from past races that i like to watch but however you dont get to here Murrays nutty old voice screaming like his pants are on fire lol :hehe:

Just off the top of my head I would recommend Senna's first win at the '85 Portugal GP or his intense battle with Mansell in '86 at the Spanish GP.

My two personal favourites, both having been mentioned already but I thought I'd add my backing to getting hold of them if you can: Monaco 1984 and Japan 1994. Also, I can't remember the exact year, but one of the Dutch GP's from around 84-85 was very good.
