I wonder how many people who are "outraged" against the FIA because of this have never seen a GP before and are just following the crowd like sheep?!?!?!?!?

Perhaps it is just the banned English football hooligans who think it is an encroachment of the English rights

I don't see anything that even suggests this. People voicing their opinions tend to be passionate about the sport in general, and are not strictly English by any means.

it just strikes me, as I am sure everyone will of noticed this, the at Wimbledon time, every one will be Tennis aficionados, 6 Nations for Rugby, etc. something happens in F1 and everyone jumps on the band wagon. I am sure most of the people on the facebook group have clicked become a fan or whatever because "My mate did it, so I must" sheepness

Just my opinion

How many F1 fans will not watch the GP because if today? and this facebook group? very few I believe. If no one did watch it what difference would it make? I am sure ITV have already been paid for all the advertising it has sold for it.

Perhaps the BBC started the group so more people would watch what they have to offer?

Insert, whatever channel you want to replace ITV and BBC for your own local broardcasters
