After going to the Canadian GP we had a problem as our tickets never arrived in time so ticketmaster sais tp pick them up at the track...But on the friday morning there printer was broken and they had not printed all the tickets off and so we never got in on the friday,No big deal really as we were still steaming from the night before.

So when we got home i wrote to them to complain (i never complain) and they have given us our money back for our tickets for this year and also free tickets for next years race..

I dont think this would have happened with ticketmaster UK so a big thanks to ticketmaster canada
