I remember when he broke down in tears after being on the verge of finishing 4th at the Nurburgring in 1999, and also when he had a habit of acting like a mobile chicane whilst being lapped.

God knows i probably would have burst into tears as well after his carrer - as for being a mobile chicane its kind of hard not to be when your driving for some of the slowest teams F1 has ever seen, ahhh forti how we miss you

I always wondered why Badoer wasn't chosen as Schumacher's replacement when he broke his leg in 1999, I was hoping he would be chosen because I had Badoer as one of my drivers in Autosport's Fantasy F1 competition. But then I had learned that Ferrari hired Salo because of his fierce rivalry with Hakkinen in the lower formulae.
