It seems once again that there is one rule for Ferrari, and one for everyone else. On the cover of Autosport the new Ferrari appears with "Marlboro" in several places. How can this be, and who will(dare) give them a slap?

Actually, that's a bit of an unfair judgement. The only place I have seen the Ferrari on-track with the word Marlboro on it is in Bahrain which is outside of the EU. Therefore, they don't have to comply with the EU's laws on tobacco advertisements.
Edit: Also, I'm pretty sure that tobacco advertising isn't really related to the FIA. They just enforce the EU laws.
Oh welll I do not see what the big deal with tobacco companies is anyway. It is all a scam. Governments do not care if people smoke or not. They know it is adictive and can make more money from it with all their bullpoo campaigns knowing people will not stop anyway as they are addicted to it. More taxes on cigarattes with the same amount of people smoking means more revenue for the government. I personally couldn't care less as I do not smoke so they can all advertise there cigarrettes anywhere they want and it will mean nothing to me.
Like in many things, their actions conform to the letter of the rules, but not the spirit.
always trying to get the chance of putting yourselves against Ferrarigrow up kidz!
what does the bar code actually say?
Section 9 of the Act defines the meaning of a tobacco advertisment as any writing, sign, symbol or image that gives publicity to or is intended to promote smoking or the purchase or use of tobacco products.
You know I wish the FIA would just come out and let everyone know their stance on this situation?
