Toro Rosso. Towards the end of last season they were outperforming the backmarkers which is where they were at the start of the season. They'll have a good car at the beginning of 2008 (the STR2/RB3) and then they'll get a new one some way through, which will basically just be a modification of the new Red Bull car.
Hmmmm, at this point 3 votes and 3 different teams. So who really knows? I think that improvements will come from all of these teams so the question is which will improve the most? When compared with last year, Force India (Spyker) I think will improve at the cost of Super Aguri, but I dont think that they will be a serious challenge to Honda / Red Bull, but their level of performance increase over last year might be greater than Honda / Red Bull. They were so far off the pace last year that even a significant improvement may not take on to the same part of the track at the same time as Honda/ Red Bull / Toyota. I do hope that S.A either find some more money or a decent buyer comes along. Bu 'decent' I mean someone with the money and the commitment to make the team work for more than a couple of years.

I'm not sure Honda and Toyota will be competing with Red Bull this season. Red Bull will be battling the likes of Williams, Renault and BMW, whilst Honda and Toyota will be battling Force India, the Aguris and probably Toro Rosso for part of the season.
I'd love to say Super Aguri, but with all their financial woes at the moment, I think they'll be lucky to be starting at all Honda are nowhere at the moment, and I don't believe they are holding back in the testing so I don't expect to see any improvement come the start of the season.
Toyota I have my doubts about, although I'm not sure why, so I'd have to say I think Toro Rosso will be the best out of those 5 options...
i think str will start top but in the end honda or toyota will beclose, it would only take a coulpe of decent finishes at the end to propel the bottom one of those lot to the top, cause all those teams are gonna end on single figures most probably

I reckon Toro Rosso will just edge out Force India, they have the strongest driver line-up and the ST2 chassis will still be quite handy even though it's a year old.
