i've found this site http://project-torque.aeriagames.com/
it's a so called MMOG, or better MMORG(massive multiplayer online racing game), it's totally free to download the 491 MBs, you'll just have to pay the upgrades in the shop, but i'm not sure of this as i haven't tried it yet (i'm downloading it right now). Searching the web for some more info, i've read that's a nice game, with average graphics, nothing more, it should be relatively a new release.
