RS seems out of a seat:

F1live reports:
The Schumacher insider insists that Ralf's year out in 2008 does not mean his F1 career is definitely over.

"There have been cases in which drivers have come back after a year," the confidante told the agency.

Let's hope NOT (the come back part  )

it was the Force India test that he did badly in and said it was not a shoot out even though everyone else said it was, I think is the point that he realised that he could not rely on living of his brothers name anymore as they had already told him to take an early shower

He was never anything special: he's just gone from being average to poor. Hopefullly, he won't be back; who would be silly enough to offer him a drive anyway?

Even his manager dumped him. Willi Weber wouldn't have him and now this other guy finally had enough. How bad a driver do you have to be that you can't even keep a manager?

His ego outclassed his driving skill and now he's paying the price. The telephone ring's and Ralf answer's "Hey Ralphy it's Mike if you need a ride for '08 I've got a warehouse full of kart's, take your pick!".

F1 grids will be ten times safer now Ralf has gone, he must have been in cuckoo-land when he thought he'd get the McLaren drive... HA!

He brake tested JV in Melbourne and the resulting crashed killed a track marshall, ramming the back of Barrichello didnt win him any friends I am guessing.
With his driving he should be delivering pizzas or driving taxis. So long sucker!
