It has always made me wonder why other forms of motorsport don't appear regularly on terrestrial tv?
Now f1 has experienced massive ratings boosts with Lewis Hamilton's title challenge, and will continue to do so, but there are other british champions competing in other fantastic series.
Seeing as they lost the BTCC to ITV, I was very surprised that the BBC didnt pick up the WTCC. I mean Andy Priaulx has been amazing the last 3 years, yet not everyone is as lucky and can watch it on Eurosport, like myself.
Also the racing in that series is fantastic and down to the wire.
What about James Toseland's quest for the World Superbike title last season?
Or Franchitti's Indy 500/IRL win.
Im surprised these championships arent shown, in highlight form I mean, if live isn't an option.
