Brian May (lead guitarist in Queen - the one with poodle hair) as been appointed as chancellor of Liverpool John Moores Uni in England. In an age where most celebrities in this country are vacuous wastes of space (no pun intended), it's nice to see a celebrity who actually has brains and values learning and academic achievement
(Ok, I'm biased as I'm a massive Queen fan ).
