Four people were set up as fools, and they played their parts very good. Max, Bernie, Luca, Nigel Tozzi, Why was Ferrari even allowed to attend and even to present arguement at cool fuel hearing.

because the result would have directly impacted on ferrari. they never argued about the fuel just the fact the sport would be damaged by stripping the title from kimi and for once i agree with them!

Mclaren had a bunch of ferrari information of course they had to be penalised! stripping the WCC points only would have been fair. the only problem was the huge fine. the sport survived its just everyone is looking for a scapegoat cause lewis lost the title

well this was one of the most exciting title races for ages and by taking points away from hamilton and alonso wouldn't have been fair to them or for the people that watch the sport.taking away constructor points was the only fair thing they could do but i thinkthe fine was a bit much.bmw and williams should have at least been fined or docked some constructor points

Williams and BMWSauber had illegal fuel they had to be DQ from the race!

So i take it you think Renault should get the same punishment as McLaren then? do you realise this sought of thing has always happened in F1? do you think McLaren was the first team ever to have an employee in comunication with a person from a rival team? and why wasnt this matter taken through the legal courts like the Toyota case where the guys involved get punished not the company they work for?

everything always falls into Ferrari's hands! they do suck the best chicken ...Italians have been practicing since the Roman Empire days

why are you guys comparing a cars scrutineering to an espionage case?

a car needs to pass scrutineering after a GP race it needs to pass all the regulations set in the rule book!
it needs to be the correct weight all dimensions are to the correct width etc etc

if a car doesnt pass this then the car and the driver are both exluded from that race alond just like Kubica was disqualified in Hungary last year post race giving Schumi 1 title point.

results are only provisional at the end of the GP!

If the FIA did that how would it look. Ferrari could say then LH and FA should have been DQ their points from the 1st half of the season because de la rosa was passing on information to FA about ferrari cars that gave him an advantage. At the most BMW and Williams should lose WCC points and receive a heavy fine. That's all.

Read what i wrote about a car passing scrutineering! do you not follow motorsports?
cos if you fail scrutineering in most to all forms of motorsport youre disqualified!

so if this was the first race of the year then its ok to follow the proper rulind procedure and disqualify the Williams and BMW?

so you think it would be fair to hand hamilton the championship at the expense of kimi.

i read what you wrote about scrutineering and agree. what i am saying is they has to be equality. If the FIA docked driver points from BMW & Williams then they had to dock it from LH and FA to be fair. Surely you can see that!

Massa handed Kimi the championship in all reality thanks to some nice team gifts

the championship isnt won in the last race its a comulative effort of many races, say this happened at round 4 and Lewis gained those 3 points you guys wouldnt have given a toss, and if this did happen in round 4 im sure the appeal would have been a success!
